Checkout With Afterpay, FSA, HSA

Browse our services, load up your cart, review the final cost, send a secured email (using the link below)  that includes the following:  your requested services, the total cost and your requested appointment date/time. 

After your request has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming your appt. and at that time, you may pay the invoice (via AfterPay, FSA, HSA) using the PAY NOW tab in the next section below.  A 6% service fee will be applied to AfterPay payments.

Once your appointment has been scheduled, be on the lookout for associated notification(s) which includes the required documentation to be completed before your visit.

Friday 10am-6pm

Saturday 7am-3pm
