Certified Medication Technician Training
The Med tech, CMT or certified medication technician training course is a 20-hour clock program. This course is designed for persons who wish to administer medication in the home, assisted living facility, adult day care center, Or other healthcare facilities under the delegation or supervision of a registered nurse. They assist the licensed RN in providing safe and ethical care for clients which includes, administering prescribed drugs and
completing other delegated nursing tasks allowed by state law.
